My steps are currently at 652429 over 132 days. I think that's good.

Warm Ups

There needs to start being warms up for lifting. I think it will help.

I didn't lift on Friday. I sort of think twice a week is good for me. I don't stay so constantly sore.

I need to go on a long bike ride again soon. I'm sure I've lost ability since my last trip out and up Sedillo hill.

115 Overheads

Last night I did five sets of five reps of overheads at 115 pounds. I'm definitely stronger. A week ago I could do one rep. Wednesday shall be bench press and barbell rows.
