Death By Mountain: Avoiding Death By Diet

Death By Mountain is my way of avoiding Death By Diet. In June of 2009 I learned that my days of being fat and lazy were over because my triglycerides and blood sugars were at a level that was unsurvivable. Diabetes is a First World disease. I did this to myself through poor dietary choices and a lack of exercise. Death By Mountain is my main focus on exercise.

My Pedometer Is Almost Full

996802 steps over 198 days.  By the end of the day, if I don't reset it, it will lock up and stop recording steps.  And it is reset.  It registered one step after I set it down.
