Good news?

Since the start of 2011 I have good news. I can stand on my toes! I can also walk almost as fast as normal people can walk.

I made a new years resolution: to go on a five mile run.

Starting Monday Dr. Borchers is doing a "Couch to 5k" program that I definitely plan to attend.

I'm in yoga classes two or three times a week now, depending on the week.

  1. Good for you. Do you practice yoga on your own on other days when you're not in class? Even doing 15-20 minutes a day can be very helpful...

  2. I work on things that I need to succeed in yoga class, but the work normally takes the form of weights and other exercizes in the problem areas.
