There was a nice light rain that fell on us as we hiked down, and a pool of vocal frogs on the side of the road.

Death By Mountain is my way of avoiding Death By Diet. In June of 2009 I learned that my days of being fat and lazy were over because my triglycerides and blood sugars were at a level that was unsurvivable. Diabetes is a First World disease. I did this to myself through poor dietary choices and a lack of exercise. Death By Mountain is my main focus on exercise.

I was just blog surfing tonight, trying to figure out what type of layout I wanted for my own blog. I came across your blog about Death By Mountain. (A well duh since you are reading this post) The concept is brilliant! I might have to come visit more just to be inspired.
ReplyDeleteI picked this layout because it was green and was right there when I created it. I made this just to shame myself into actively working hard. If I slack, then people will know, so I can't slack.
